Enhancements to the Customer Portal: A Commitment to User Experience | December 2024
In our ongoing effort to enhance user experience, we have implemented several significant updates to the customer portal. They are designed to streamline navigation and improve functionality.
What’s New in the Customer Portal:
- Default Login Page:
- Upon logging in, customers will now be directed straight to the Dashboard. This change facilitates immediate access to all sections of the portal without additional navigation steps.
- Live View Enhancements:
- Our updated live view feature now presents customers with real-time information regarding the number of active cameras and their respective health status—whether they are online, offline, or charging (in the case of solar cameras). Furthermore, new icons have been introduced to easily distinguish between monitored and hosted cameras, as well as to indicate various functionalities such as masking, day/night view, solar capability, and HD view.
- Default Masking View:
- A dedicated Masking View icon and tab have been introduced, simplifying the process of managing and viewing camera masking settings.
- Camera Name Sorting:
- To enhance user experience, cameras are now sorted in ascending order based on specific names. This improvement allows for easier selection and management of camera options.
