Daily, Monthly, and Custom Reports

UPDATED DAILY, MONTHLY & CUSTOM REPORT RELEASE:
Upon the release of this update for the customer portal, the Customer will be able to download activity reports directly from the Pro-Vigil portal and the Pro-Vigil mobile app (Android & Apple iOS). These reports will provide details about the # of events evaluated, # of actionable events, # of alarm activations, disarms/arms, hours monitored, etc.

The software release will enable daily, monthly & custom reports on the custome portal. A new tab titled ‘Site Activity’ will be made available where the customer will see the following:

Daily Report: This will provide the customer with the last 7 days of daily reports, which can be downloaded as a PDF. The first daily report will be 2 days prior to the current date. For example, if today is April 16, then the latest available daily report will be from April 14.

Monthly Report: This will provide the customer with the Last 12 months of reports, which will be available to download as a PDF download.

Custom Date Report: This option will provide the customer the option to select the beginning & end dates of the desired report. A CSV file will be downloaded. The maximum date range cannot extend past the previous 12 months. Please see the screenshot below for a visual reference.
