Creating Planned Site Activity in Pro-Vigil Portal

 

Step by step guide on how to create a site activity in Pro-Vigil 

 

1 Navigate to Pro-Vigil Customer Portal Login 

 

2 Click on "Planned Activity" section on the right side menu

 

 

3 Click "Create Planned Site Activity" 

 

 

4 When the pop up appears, click "Ok"

 

 

5 Add the description of your planned site activities in the description section

 

6 After entering your description, click on the calendar icon

 

 

7 Select the date of activity 

 

 

8 Select the correct time

 

 

Be precise with dates and times, as this will affect the monitoring of your site. 

 

9 Click "Set"

 

 

10 Follow the same steps to select the end date 

 

 

11 Select the date and the end time

 

 

12 Click "Set" 

 

Before proceeding, please ensure that start and end dates/times are correct

 

13 Click "Create Planned Site Activity"
