Pro-Vigil Customer Payment Portal
To access the Pro-Vigil payment portal, please log in to your Pro-Vigil payment account using the assigned username and password generated for your account. You'll find the payment portal here: https://payments.pro-vigil.com
For your convenience, we've included a link to the Pro-Vigil Terms and Conditions. To view the T&C's click the link below the login button.
Once logged in, Account Settings is where you'll set your Profile Information, add Credit Cards, and update your Password.
Under the Billing menu, you can review your current Account Balance, Invoices, Transaction History, or Print a Statement.
Under Account Balance, you can review your Outstanding Balance, Credits, and Account Details.
To review your open invoices, select the invoice link under the Billing menu.
To begin the payment process, please enter one or more credit cards to have on file for your Payment Methods. You can also select which card you would prefer as the default payment card.
To pay one or multiple open invoices, please check the desired invoices and continue to Make Payment.
Review the Payment Summary and Select Continue
Select your Payment Method: Credit/Debit Card or eCheck.
Please note: eCheck payments will be routed to Pro-Vigil’s Processor – Solupay. Your payment can be accepted on this site and will reflect on your account once payment has been completed.
Once finished you can review your completed transactions under Billing > Transaction History
