How to submit a customer support request from your Pro-Vigil Customer Portal
1 Navigate to Pro-Vigil Customer Portal Login
2 Click "Support"
3 Click "Customer Support"
4 Select the option that best describes your request
5 Make sure the option selected matches your request
6 Use a descriptive subject line - this will enable us to categorize and triage the ticket.
7 • Include essential information, such as:
• Site Name
• Camera #
• If relevant, attach relevant files and screenshots, error messages and screen recordings. Visual aids can significantly assist support agents in understanding the problem, leading to faster resolutions.
• Be concise and respectful, we are working hard to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
8. Submit your request. Our team will be ready to assist. You will receive a confirmation via email with your ticket number, which you can reference to when speaking with one of our agents.
