Seeing and Changing Monitoring Hours in your Pro-Vigil Portal.

1 Navigate to the Monitoring Section of your Pro-Vigil Portal 

2 Click "Monitoring" and select "Monitoring Hours"

3 You will see the evening and morning start and end times configured to your site

How can I change the monitoring hours of my site?

1 Click "Support" and select "Customer Support" 

2 Click "Change Monitoring Hours"

3 Another page will appear, allowing you to select the new hours and create a ticket for our support team to take action.
