1 Navigate to your Pro-Vigil Portal 

2 Click "Monitoring"

3 Select "Monitoring Protocols" 

4 You will be able to see the general information and event monitoring protocols for your site.

How can I change my Monitoring Protocols? 

1 Click "Support"

2 Click "Customer Support" 

3 Select "Change Monitoring Protocols"

4 Another page will appear, allowing you to create a ticket for our support team to take action.
