Review & Download Footage from Pro-Vigil’s Customer Portal

 

1 Navigate to Pro-Vigil's Customer Portal

 

2 From the main Dashboard Page, you can click on "Footage"

 

 

3 Or you can click the "Camera" Dropdown 

 

 

4 Click "Footage"

 

 

5 For multiple cameras, you can click on the dropdown to select the cameras you want to see footage from. 

 

6 You can select all, one or multiple cameras.

 

 

7 Click no the Calendar icon to select the start date and time 

 

 

8 Select the date and time, then click on "Set"

 

 

9 Repeat the step for the End Date & Time, click "Set"

 

 

10 You can filter footage by objects by clicking "Filter". The following filters are available: 

• None 

• Person 

• Vechile 

• Person and Vehicle

 

11 Click "Search" 

 

 

12 You can now see all footage from the time you selected. You can download individual clips or combine them. To download individual clips, click the "download" icon.

 

If you are looking for continuous footage (not clips), please call us. Continuous footage is a product feature, and combining multiple clips into a single download does not mean you have continuous footage. If you are unsure whether your contract includes continuous footage, please call us. 

 

13 To combine all footage in one download, click multiple clips checkboxes

 

 

14 Click on the "Download" icon
