Event Scrolling Functionality
This section aims to guide users through the seamless navigation and utilization of the Event Scrolling feature on the Site Activity page. It ensures users are well-informed about the lifecycle tags and the interactive elements associated with video footage and event details.
Navigating to the Site Activity Page
To access the Event Scrolling feature, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
2. Navigate to the Site Activity page through the main menu.
Lifecycle Tags
In the Site Activity page, Action Taken By Pro-Vigil are marked with lifecycle tags. For instance:
"Police Notified"
"PC/SC Called"
Event Scrolling Feature - "Police Notified"
- When you click on one of the "Police Notified" tag videos , it activates the Event Scrolling feature.
- The visualization includes a life cycle of the event with tags such as:
- "Police Notified"
- "Support Footage"
- "Police/Fire/EMS Vehicle"
Video Footage Interaction
- On clicking one of the video footage items, a window opens.
- The main screen displays the footage with the first tag, "Police Notified."
- On the left, a scroll bar visually represents the lifecycle of that event.
- These Footages are self playable.
Additional Details - Agent Notes
- The "Police Notified" tag includes Agent Notes displayed below the footage.
- These notes provide additional context or information related to the event.
"Support Footage" and "Police/Fire/EMS vehicle"
These tags will be the consecutive tags but won’t have any Agent notes.
"PC/SC Called"
PC/SC Called tag will not have any event life cycle.
