Introduction

Welcome to the enhanced Footage Download Self-Service Option! This feature allows you to download multiple footages simultaneously in the form of a convenient zip file. This improvement aims to enhance your user experience, saving time and making it easier to manage and store multiple footages together.

Accessing the Multiple Footages Download

1. Login into Customer Portal.
2. Navigate to the Footage Section.
3. Filter Search the required Cameras with Data & Time.
4. Each footage clip now features a checkbox.
5. Click the checkbox for each footage you want to include in the download.

Download Confirmation

1. After selecting at least one footage, the "Download Clips" button will appear just beside the search button.
2. If needed, continue selecting more clips by checking their respective checkboxes.
3. Click the "Download Clips" button to initiate the download.
4. A message will appear on the top, confirming the download
5. A zip file containing all the selected clips stitched together will be generated.
6. This will stitch the clips together in a chronological order.
