View Customer Tickets in the Pro-Vigil Help Center
- Navigate to Support.Pro-Vigil.com
- In the top right hand corner select View My Tickets
- You will then be prompted for a Email and Password in the Sign in to Pro-Vigil Service Desk window.
- If you have sent an email to Customer.Support@pro-vigil.com since June of 2020 or are listed as a primary or secondary contact on the account, your email is already attached to your account and you should only need to select the Get a Password link in the bottom left hand corner of the Sign in to Pro-Vigil Service Desk prompt.
- If you need to create a new login select the Sign Up link in the bottom left hand corner of the Sign in to Pro-Vigil Service Desk prompt.
- One you have signed into the Pro-Vigil Help Center, you will have access to the tickets on your account under the My Requests page.
