For new installs, your site monitoring hours are preset to the below default hours for each day of the week.

If you would like to change your Monitoring Hours, you can submit a Monitoring Hour Change Request ticket online: Click Here or you can call Customer Support at 1-866-616-1318.
NOTE: To effectively be able to monitor your site, we recommend that there is no one on site during monitoring hours. We understand there are times when you may have staff on site that work late, cleaning crews, delivery service, etc. and you may need to temporarily change your monitoring hours.
We have several self-service options for you to be able to temporarily Disarm or Arm your site:
- Phone Arm/Disarm IVR : This option will be released starting Tuesday, June 1, 2021. You will have the option to call 1-866-616-1318 and select Option 1 to use our Automated System to disarm or arm your site.
- Text a Message to Arm/Disarm: This option allows you to text us to Disarm or Arm your Site: Click Here
- Mobile App: Once you have logged into your Mobile App, there is an option to Arm or Disarm your Site directly from the Mobile App. Click Here
- Desktop Customer Portal: One you have logged into your portal, there is an option to Arm or Disarm your Site directly from the Customer Portal. Click Here
